Presidential hopeful Barack Obama will be in the St. Louis area Saturday, Oct. 18th under the Gateway Arch at the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial on Memorial Drive and Market. gates open at 10:15 am. Program begins at noon. Rain or Shine. This event is FREE and open to teh public. Tickets are not required however an RSVP is encouraged.
