Other politicians and dignitaries who participated in the event were Rev. Ben Chavis Muhammad, Comprtroller Darlene Green, Licensor Mike McMillan, County Executive Charlie Dooley, and Congresswoman Betty Thompson, to name a few. STL rapper Chingy also performed for the crowd.
And where was T.I.? Wasn't he scheduled to perform?
