The rally at Kiener Plaza was hosted by Majic 104.9 personalites Tammie Holland and Tony Scott of the Tony Scott Show. 
Democratic gubernatorial candidate Jay Nixon (and now gubernatorial elect) came through the rally to urge atteendees to vote and particpate as poll volunteers.
Missouri Congressman Lacy Clay came out to rally the attendees.
The Rev. Dr. James Clark of the Shalom Church and one of the organizers of the Call to Oneness organziation also rallied the attendees.

Other politicians and dignitaries who participated in the event were Rev. Ben Chavis Muhammad, Comprtroller Darlene Green, Licensor Mike McMillan, County Executive Charlie Dooley, and Congresswoman Betty Thompson, to name a few. STL rapper Chingy also performed for the crowd.
And where was T.I.? Wasn't he scheduled to perform?
