EVENT-VIEWZ. On Friday, I checked out Stress Free Fridays atteh new spot Lush on Olive (on the oppostite side of the Jazz Loft). It was a small crowd, but those who were there got their eat and party on(Thanks Mark for teh rounds of Crown Royal cocktails. LOL) . This was my first time there since their opening a couple of months ago. If you ever go, be sure to check out the seating area on the second floor that has the long and wide red velvet sofa whose back goes all the way up on the wall!

Former Rams player Bernard Whittington and Fox 2 sports personality and event host Rob Desir at the event. The QB's were honoring Whittington (who also goes to my gym Ballys in Clayton. BTW. LOL) for his contributions outside of football. The group honors NFL players every week. Fomrer NFler honorees Mike Jones, Demetrius Johnson and Gerald McBurrows were not in attenance.

EVENt-VIEWZ. Before I attended the QB's event, I checked out Wine Down Wednesday to see what was happening. the crowd was sparse, but those who were in attendance to their network on. During the prive giveways, I "won" a free night stay at the Rennaisance Hotel. The top prize was a trip for two to Las Vegas. (I put won in parenthesis casue one had to enter with Clay Realtors with a survey in order to quallfy to be in the running for a prize .)

EVENT VIEWZ. I checked out my boy's house party at his art decco two story crib on McPherson. I got therre about 10ish. It was cool, but most of the VIPers were kickin it in Chi-town for SYGU's Eddie Hollman's 30th B-day party, but for the most part those who stayed around got their party on up in therre (bearing the warm temps in the crib as well.). Besides the ones above who attened, the others included STLTV's Gilberto Pinella, Majic 104.9's Selena J., Ali Mosea, Miss Keisha, Stress Free Fridays' Mark Anthony Jones, poet Maurice "Invisible Man" Minor, hollabackboi and Rambo (who was gettin the sistas worked up with their smedium long sleeve sweater shirts. LOL). I left out about midnite to follow hollackboi and Rambo to this other party thrown at Steve Lacy's barbershop on Washington AVE. One of his boyz was in town to throw a Color Purple themed party (they even had purple colored martinis.LOL) The party was cool, but the drama occured afterwards when hollabackboi retunred to his Hummer and found that the window on the passenger side got busted out!
