STL area fans of Robin Williams who had tickets or were planning to see him at the Fox . for his “Weapons of Self-Destruction” tour March 30 has been postponed. Williams will reportedly undergo heart surgery after he was admitted Monday to at a South Florida hospital because the actor complained of shortness of breath.The actor will reportedly have "to undergo surgery for an aortic valve replacement" and will postpone his comedy tour until the fall.In a public statement, Williams said. "I'm so touched by everyone's support and well wishes," "This tour has been amazing fun and I can't wait to get back out on the road after a little tune-up."The 57-year old comedian complained of shortness of breath and canceled four performances of his one-man show "Weapons of Self Destruction" after doctors first evaluated him and recommended a week of rest. He has been on an 80-city tour since September and has been to 11 cities over the past three weeks. Ticket holders are asked to hold onto their tickets, which will be honored at the new date. Refunds are also available at point of purchase.
















Speaking of comics coming to the STL, two of them will perform this month. The first is comedian/actor Ralph Harris (RIGHT)who will be at the House of Comedy on the Landing this weekend March 6 thru the 8th ( March 6 shows are at *;30 p.m. and 10:45 p; Saturday shows are at 8 p.m. and 10 :30 p.m. and Sunday show at 8 p.m.) To promote his shows here, he was a guest on Great Day St. Louis on KMOV Channel 4 today, Friday (that aired at 10 a.m CST.) Harris was 5th runner up in this seasons Last Comic Standing (We thought you had to be a relatively unknown or undiscovered comic to enter this show. The other is comedian/actress/activist Sheryl Underwood (ABOVE RIGHT)who will be coming to the Playhouse at Westport Plaza.Macrh 20 and 21 ( She’ll perform at 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. March 20 and 7 p.m., 9:30 p.m., and 11:30 p.m., March 21. She can be heard on the radio morning show Tom Joyner Morning Show” and made headlines last year when she became the first entertainer to become International Grand Basileus (President) of the Zeta Phi Beta's. We were listening to the Phillips & Company Morning Show on Y98 FM today, Friday and they reported that actor George Clooney has rented a house in the Ladue area. We guess this is old newz to those who knew and have reportedly been trying to stalk him since his arrival here this week to film the movie, “Up in the Air.” We are willing to bet we will spot him here at some event or club during his free time. St. Louis is not like L.A. or NYC. We are sure he would be easy to spot! Clooney will be here ‘til the end of April.

Local TV’s KPLR St. Louis launches a noon news April 6, an hour show anchored by veteran KPLR anchor Christine Buck (RIGHT). Joining Buck will be newly hired chief meteorologist John Fuller (ABOVE RIGHT), ”who will provide in-depth weather reports as well as news features on a regular basis.







Speaking of April 6, that is the day that the baseball Cards will have its home opener at Busch Stadium. They will play the Pittsburgh Pirates.








































Three STL stars are debuting a weekly networking event. Starting this Friday at the Skybox and every other Friday thereafter, Derrty ENT's Topher (ABOVE RIGHT), MPAC's Mo Spoon (MIDDLE PIC) and comedian/actor Maurice G (BELOW LEFT), teamed up for Mature Mingle a new premier event in St. Louis as an “sexy alternative” to according to the team, “the same old boring places.” This week’s theme is Executive Decisions. Belated congrats to Traffic Music Award winners, hardcore EasT St. Louis based rap female duo UnladYlike who recently got signed to a major record label deal with Def Jam. They have become the first rappers from East St. Louis to get signed to a national label. In November the duo, named Tee (left)and Gunna (right), inked a record deal with Voicez, a recently created branch of Def Jam.In December, they relocated to New York City to work on their CD with longtime producer 3D (which probably would explain why they didn’t attend the TMAs Sunday at the Roberts Orpheum) . In the meantime, they are prepping to be featured on a mixtape with the Derrty DJ's
