AFTER SFF, we hit Mocha Latte's Best Damned Fridays Period at Lush:
Event creator and host Mocha Latte posed up sexy R&B songstress Teairra Mari who was in town to promote her newest CD, "At That Point." Did you know that this Detroiter's grandmother used to sing background vocals for the Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin back in the 60s and 70s? Yep, so sangin is in her blood.
104.1 personalities DJ Krisstal (who was on the ones and twos) and Boogie D (who co-hosted with Latte)
Laura, Eboni and Lush bartender Sonjae are flanked with bartender Santana. If he looks familiar, he is the third member of the St. Louis R&B trio, Mo Tre. His group will have a listening party this Sunday at a private location in downtown St. Louis for their upcoming CD, " St. Louis R&B Boys”
We didn't know what was going on in this pic, but we hope he bodyguarded her from whatever was going on! LOL
ON SATURDAY, WE STOPPED BY BRIEFLY TO HOUSE OF COMEDY ON THE LANDING TO CHECK OUT COMEDIAN RALPH HARRIS.
House of Comedy owner Dee Lee on stage.
Comedian/actor Ralph Harris on stage. We only had time to take a snap of Harris before we bounced. We wonder if he told any behind the scenes juice filming his scenes of Dreamgirls with Beyonce? (He was the stage announcer at the beginning of the film who softly caressed Beyonce's bootay.) During his stay, he was on the KMOV daytime talk show GREAT DAY ST. LOUIS Friday. To peep his interview go to:
